When Should you Eat?

Typically the idea of losing weight invokes going hungry or meals the size of a deck of cards. Luckily this is only a myth. Studies have shown that in order to lose weight the fastest, constant eating is required. A typical day of eating should look like:

Breakfast 6am
Mid morning snack 9am
Lunch 12pm
Afternoon snack 3 pm
