Body Weight Workouts

Not going to the gym doesn’t mean you need to sacrifice the benefits of working out. Body weight exercises (Think push-ups, or sit-ups) are a great way to get into and stay in shape. They are simple, free, can be done anywhere, free, adaptable, free, can be done on your own time, and did I mention they are FREE?

Attached is a set of body weight workouts . The really great thing (besides being free) is that you get to customize the workout you have. Want to focus on your upper body? Do some more push-ups and pull-ups. Want to work the butt and thighs? Go for leglifts and body weight squats. How long and how many is up to you.

Probably the best all around exercise listed here is the “Burpee” aka “Body builder”. Its a combination of a squat and a push-up all rolled into one!
