The 20min Workout

In honor of everyone going back to school across the country (myself included) I thought I would put up a workout designed to get you in, get you out, and work your entire body. Since few of us ever have all the time we wanted to spend in the gym… Ladies and gentlemen, I give you, 20 Min workout.

This workout is designed to be done in straight sets. In other words, do all 3 sets of an exercise before moving on to the next. As usual, select a weight that will allow you to do an entire set where you are failing on the last rep.
