Happy Friday!! In honor of my first friday, I’m posting this delicious recipe for blackened chicken!
Blackened Chicken
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
• 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
• 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
