Advanced Circuit Training

Hey everyone! Last week I posted a “starter” circuit training. That one involved a lot of machines, and some easy reps.

If that workout was a little too easy for you, or if you’ve spent some time (several weeks) with that basic circuit, now would be a great time to move on to something a little more advanced! Advanced Circuit Training

Attached is a circuit style workout which focuses mostly on free weights and dumbbells. If you’re looking to take it up a notch further, try using a stability (Swiss) ball instead of a bench. I guarantee it will add a whole new dimension to your workout!

Just like last weeks workout, perform complete the circuit 3 times, resting as little as possible between exercises, and 60 seconds between circuits. If you’re feeling like you’ve eaten your Wheaties, go for the core exercise! (Perform in the same manner as the total body circuit).
